Women are too rarely seen at the head of companies and, when they are, their income is on average lower than that of their male counterparts (32.1% lower in France).
In France, the salary gap between male and female executives is still of 21.7%.
Thanks to Project Eduaction’s unique and respected educational expertise, we wish to give women the tools that correspond to their ambitions.
Women are, still more often than not, blocked in their professional realization by daily constraints and by feelings of inhibition or guilt imposed by their environment, all of which stem from education.
Our offer helps women build career paths which could seem difficult or even impossible to obtain, and surpass themselves.
A specialist team accompanies them at each stage: consultants, coaches, education and corporate experts, all fully aware of the problems and constraints that are specific to potential female success stories.

Our approach is not that of a simple skills assessment which often leaves clients with many questions but few solutions. Here too, we strive to bring concrete solutions.
We first make an LSD assessment to evaluate Leadership, Strategy and Decision Making skills. Of particular note is the fact that a jury of Business Case professionals take part in this evaluation.
Using the assessment as a basis, we offer strengthening modules to help women genuinely reach a new level in their career paths. Our partnerships with large educational institutions come to aid in this process.
